London Award winning Developer who builds bespoke design properties urgently requires a Managing QS / Commercial Manager to work from their busy growing office. The Developer is entrepreneurial, opportunistic, and delivers high quality houses in the South East. The company urgently seeks either an experienced Senior QS who is ready to make the step into Managing QS or a more established Managing QS/Commercial Manager that has a track record of managing a team and delivering on cost control across a number of different housing sites. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced residential developer that is in the early stages of growth.
