Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis

to join our Liquidity and Finance team. This role is located in London, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ensure the good running of the business in compliance with the regional risk and regulatory framework, ensuring there is clear, appropriate, and evidenced apportionment of responsibilities amongst staff members. Ensure the business is compliant with regulatory developments and changes and contribute to the effective governance of the EMEA region. Be a champion for change to lead decisions and create processes with a sense of urgency. Support the team in meeting its regulatory obligations (e.g., MiFID, CASS/CAP, PSD, DGSD). Co-ordinate with business partners and global colleagues to ensure consistency across the bank. Support the business in audit and compliance reviews. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Strong team player, high energy, and self-motivated. Solution-oriented. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Sound organizational skills and self-discipline in managing priorities. Awareness of key regulations including MiFID, CASS/CAP, DGSD, and PSD2 rules. Bachelor's degree. Awareness of lending, collateral, repo, and liquidity products preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
