Role Overview

We are currently looking for a

Senior Process Engineer

to join a leading Digital Chemistry company based in the Glasgow area. As the Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for extracting optimal value from platforms, their operations and components as well as playing a critical role in optimising overall company performance. You will work in an interdisciplinary team encompassing software & hardware engineering, automation, chemical synthesis, drug discovery, and software development. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for improving company efficiency in short timelines to maximise the value created by existing and future technology products as well as helping prioritise and guide technology development.

Introduce new processes and operational functions across the organisation by integrating all components into highly efficient workflows decreasing costs, increasing quality and improving turn-around-time.

Work closely with Quality, Laboratory Operations and Research Chemistry to optimise the day-to-day workflows of the company to ensure quality, efficiency and scalability.

Work closely with hardware engineering, software engineering and other functions to prioritize, design and develop workflows heavily reliant on new technologies.

Role Requirements

Strong experience in manufacturing process engineering, demonstrating dramatic impact in operational efficiency.

A proven track record of systematically, quickly, and efficiently introducing new processes and improving efficiency in complex industrial environments.

A natural inclination and interest towards technology (software, hardware, AI) and its potential to significantly impact operational efficiency.
