Lead and oversee the clinical care within the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Manage and support a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a safe, caring, and well-organized environment. Liaise with families and external healthcare professionals to provide holistic, person-centred care. Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration. Previous experience in a nursing home environment, ideally as a Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse looking to step up. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of residents. Benefits:
