Lettings Consultants

rental valuations and negotiating with landlords to secure instructions to
market. Coordinating
and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. Liaising
with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and
recommend suitable properties to rent. Negotiating
terms between the landlord and tenants. Requirements: Previous
industry experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years. Confident,
outgoing, enthusiastic and competitive. Excellent
communication skills, with a positive and professional approach. IT
proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn
bespoke ‘in house’ software packages without issue. Full
UK driving license. A
strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Salary & Benefits Basic pay is between £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Plus, company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses and other financial incentives, collectively offering a realistic
