SAP Lead SF Talent Consultant
Location: Preston - 90% remote, 10% onsite Contract Duration: ASAP until Dec 2025 Rate: £560 per day - Umbrella only

Key Responsibilities:
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions in large, complex organisations. Utilize strong, 'hands-on' skills in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development. Integrate talent modules with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a client's organisation. Lead a functional workstream, managing workloads and priorities. Plan and run client workshops. Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations, staying updated with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies. Work flexibly, both onsite and remotely, with UK travel and limited overseas travel required. Experience global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
Minimum Requirements:
Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules. Experience in leading functional workstreams and managing client engagements.
