A leading cost and project management construction consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in central London, in Southwark.
The role of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium-sized cost and project management construction consultancy who complete projects in and around London. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be part of a supportive, proactive, and social team.
As a company, they cover a range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and Hotel, but the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be coming in to join and support the Commercial team. Initially, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on two projects: the refurbishment/extension of a 600,000 sqft office building and the replacement of two towers with two brand new mixed-use/commercial towers.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be assisting in a range of projects and, when ready, will start running projects from inception to completion with the support from an MRICS qualified Partner.
The company offers extremely great APC support with an internal APC team to support, plan your training program, and monitor your progress.
Minimum Requirements: BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Minimum of a year's experience Experience within a PQS/consultancy Basic Pre and post contract knowledge
