Lead and motivate your crew of engineering superheroes to tackle breakdowns and keep the wheels turning. Roll up your sleeves to solve technical challenges and drive performance improvements. Optimize preventative maintenance so downtime is just a distant memory. Collaborate with production teams to keep everything running smoothly (and on time!). Champion safety and quality like the rockstar leader you are.
Your Toolkit
To ace this role, you'll need: A solid engineering background—FMCG or manufacturing experience is a huge plus! Proven leadership skills that make people want to follow your lead.
