Our Recruitment Executives are 180 Recruiters, meaning you play a vital role in the candidate journey, providing them with a top-class level of service. You will be allocated multiple vacancies, and you will be responsible for reviewing and shortlisting applications, resourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database with over 50,000 candidates from our niche sector. You will be handling a high volume of candidate calls and emails, screening and qualifying candidates and supporting your candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The Package Up to £27,500 starting salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission. Private Pension. Private Medical Insurance. 28 days Annual Leave. Discounted Lifestyle Benefits.
