A luxury jewellery retailer is looking for a boutique manager in the Newmarket area. This company takes pride in producing quality products that are statement pieces within any outfit, and they are continuously expanding across the UK. As the store manager, you will need to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in luxury retail. You will be given responsibility surrounding operations and need to be familiar with meeting KPI targets to drive sales. Customer service is at the heart of this company, and experience with clienteling/relationship building is imperative for this position. The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset to increase commerciality and ensure that the team is motivated. You will conduct regular reviews with your team to ensure that the relevant targets are being achieved. This role is paying up to £46,000. Benefits:
