As a Studio Administrator and Longevity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about infrared sauna benefits and studio services. Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and aftercare guidance. Studio Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in sauna rooms and common areas. Monitor sauna schedules and assist in coordinating appointments. Ensure sauna equipment is properly functioning and report any issues. Assistance with Sessions: Assist clients in understanding and properly using sauna equipment. Monitor session durations and adhere to safety guidelines. Address client needs during sessions and ensure a comfortable experience. Sales and Upselling: Promote studio memberships and packages to enhance customer loyalty. Provide information on additional wellness products or services offered. Administrative Tasks: Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records. Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies. Support with general administrative duties as needed. Wash, fold and replace white goods & towels. Requirements: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service. Basic knowledge of health and wellness concepts. Ability to handle transactions and use of a point-of-sale system. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
