You should have: Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience or interest in supporting HR and recruitment activities. Basic financial knowledge to support invoicing and expense tracking. Competence in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Office365, SharePoint). A problem-solving attitude with the ability to take initiative and improve office processes.
