IT Field Engineer – Projects / Office 365 / MSP
As an IT Field & Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end technology projects, from planning to deployment. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will manage and execute a variety of IT projects, ensuring all milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and deliverables are of the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably within an MSP or IT consulting environment. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Server and Office 365, network infrastructure, server setups, virtualization (Hyper-V), and cloud services with Azure. Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to potential challenges. Customer Service:
Proven track record in client-facing roles, able to communicate technical concepts in simple terms and maintain positive relationships. Driver’s License:
Required for travel to client sites as needed.
