A bespoke packaging solutions company that supports clients from the automotive, aerospace, energy, and oil & gas industries is looking to recruit an On-site Team Leader.
Main Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Project Manager, the Team Leader will be required to manage a small team of On-site Operatives both in the warehouse and on-site. Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to work in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure all work is delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently, and in accordance with legislation, industry, and company standards. Liaise with third-party representatives on sensitive sites across the UK. Order plant and materials as required to deliver the task. Work closely with the MD and Project Manager to achieve all company objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure point of work risk assessments are completed on each job/project to achieve a safe method of working. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 3 years leadership experience. Survey/report writing experience. Health & Safety awareness. COSHH awareness. Full driving licence. IPAF card (desirable but not essential).
