Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Extensive diary management Organising and coordinating meetings and events; ensuring all required arrangements and resources are coordinated and arranged in advance Complex national travel arrangements Extensive work using Microsoft Office and internal systems; collating information into standardised PowerPoints and uploading documents to the internal system, ensuring all information is up-to-date
Minimum Requirements: Prospective applicants must have previous experience within either a PA or senior administrative position in a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have outstanding organisation, coordination and communication skills, be able to prioritise workload and have strong attention-to-detail.
