Lead Fullstack Developer

At Altilium Clean Technology, we’re shaping the future of EV battery recycling and sustainability. We're in the early stages of developing a transformative platform to trade EV batteries, driving the circular economy.

We're seeking a passionate and ambitious

Lead Developer

to take ownership of this project, guiding its architecture and development from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and development

of a cutting-edge trading platform for EV battery transactions.

Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance

to a small development team.

Collaborate with stakeholders

to gather requirements and transform them into actionable technical specifications.

Oversee implementation and feature development , ensuring smooth transactions and an exceptional user experience.

Drive architectural decisions

to shape the platform's structure and align it with strategic goals.

Optimise, test, and refine

platform features to ensure top-tier performance and usability.

Champion continuous improvement

in development processes and methodologies to meet launch milestones.

Anticipated Tech Stack:

Backend:

Typescript, Node, tRPC, GraphQL, Prisma, Django

Frontend:

Typescript, React, ChakraUI, Shadc, Django

Infra:

GCP, Postgres, Redis, GitHub Actions, Turborep, SQL

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a professional setting, ideally in a start-up environment.

A genuine interest in developing and using your knowledge to solve problems in an innovative way.

Experience building MVPs, writing robust code and maintaining high-quality code.

Expertise in Node & Typescript.

Familiarity with various APIs.

Deep understanding of React including state management, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with CI/CD practices.

Proficient with testing frameworks.
