For the last few years, they have been running an Academy that allows candidates with a technical skill set and competence to train as a Fire and Security Engineer with the right support from highly qualified Engineers and theoretical support to understand the regulations of the industry - giving you the tools to be successful!

Someone who is technically minded and can learn quickly in a practical setting Someone who is hungry to have a career with a business that always supports and develops their people Someone who is organized and enjoys customer interaction What the role offers:
You will shadow and train with some of the best fire and security engineers in the industry A mixture of theory and practical work to ensure you are also learning the compliance and regulations side of the industry An allocated Training Manager that will nurture you through the training programme of 6 months (can be longer if required) A starting salary of £24k whilst in training which will increase to £30k plus bonuses after the completion of training! A fully stocked modern van with all the equipment provided A tablet for your jobs to come through to What happens when you have passed your training?
The ability to manage your own diary for the month offering you a healthy work-life balance Attending different commercial sites to carry out servicing, maintenance, faults, and repairs of fire and security systems (fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, emergency lights) Identifying faults and carrying out fault finding to find the root cause To be part of a call-out rota To travel around your designated postcoded area ensuring sites are compliant with British Standards We are looking to submit CVs for interviews, so if this is something you are interested in – please do get in touch to avoid missing out!
