Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing opportunities throughout the whole life cycle, from prospecting, identifying, securing, and eventually managing partnerships with merchants to drive high-quality traffic to their sites. Responsibilities: Identify and Onboard New Merchants: Develop and lead outbound acquisition strategies to drive growth, ensuring a high-quality pipeline that supports revenue targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential merchants and agencies to ensure sustainable growth. Optimise Performance: Optimise performance of the campaigns you have set up and continue to manage by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements. Reporting: Regularly report on partners' performance and provide actionable insights for further growth, market expansion, and improvement. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all partners comply with the platform's standards, quality control measures, and regulatory guidelines. Market Research: Analyse market trends to identify new partnerships opportunities. Previous Experience/Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, traffic acquisition, or partnership management within the digital marketing, advertising, or affiliate marketing industries. Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving measurable results. Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPA, CPC, and optimisation strategies. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics, interpret complex data sets, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Personal Competencies: Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent internal and external customer relationship and interpersonal skills. Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change. Commercially minded with a high level of attention to detail. Strategic thinker and able to think analytically at a detailed level. Ability to strongly influence those outside direct control for positive results.
