Key Responsibilities: Participate in a program across various departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support. Gain a thorough understanding of LMAX Group's systems, processes, and products. Provide support for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
