SernaGroup are seeking construction cleaning supervisors on a full-time basis to work in Croydon. You will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
What you'll be doing
Complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard within set timeframes
Team leadership, supervise and lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
Implement and enforce safety procedures in accordance with HS2 standards and regulations, ensuring the well-being of all team members
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work is conducted efficiently and according to project schedules
Monitor work quality, materials usage, and adhere to project specifications in line with HS2 requirements. Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and other relevant parties.
Requirements
Must hold a valid CSCS card and extra certifications Must be able to provide references from the previous employer Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction/cleaning industry Strong leadership and communication skills Valid ID/Passport Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
