We’re seeking a Change Partner (with strong D2C background) to drive and embed critical changes in our business areas aligned with our business strategy. The role is a key member of the HR, Change and Transformation community and occupies a unique position taking view across the entire organisation with aim of optimising the effectiveness of functions and teams. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and other key functions to design, implement, and monitor change management plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Digital Change Partner, you will be responsible for: Partnering with leadership to develop change management plans focusing on communications, capability, capacity, and culture. Collaborating with the Digital and Brand teams and the Transformation, HR, and Technology teams to gain support for change activities. Defining, monitoring, and adjusting change plans for enhanced impact. Designing change activities to reinforce desired organizational culture and behavior principles. Coaching leaders and managers in change management and skill development. Supporting and educating teams through our High Performing teams' framework. Ensuring critical skill knowledge is documented, accessible, and shared across functions. WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience: Knowledge and experience of leading change management activities, an understanding of change management methodologies and best practices to develop comprehensive, realistic change management plans. Change experience in retail / wholesale / digital. Adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and challenges inherent in change processes. Understanding of organizational culture and behavior to design change activities that promote desired values and principles. Coaching and mentoring skills to support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change processes. Excellent communication skills.
