As the Head of English, you will assume a crucial leadership role, overseeing the English department and driving academic excellence within the subject. As the Head of English at Wayman Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outstanding English curriculum, supporting and mentoring teachers, and fostering a love for literature and language among students. Lead and manage the English department, providing guidance and support to teachers Develop and implement an exceptional and engaging English curriculum Collaborate with fellow academic leaders to enhance cross-curricular initiatives Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Ensure the effective use of resources and technology within the department Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' academic performance Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of English education Minimum Requirements
