Full-time A superb opening for a senior Intellectual Property solicitor with a non-contentious leaning, and ideally at least 12 years pqe, to join a burgeoning commercial team. My client is an exceptional law firm with a first rate reputation in commercial work and as such you'll enjoy working along side like minded individuals providing you will all the advantages you would expect of a large commercial firm, strong benefits and remuneration, high quality work and first rate progression prospects. You'll ideally come from a strong regional or City practice and are now looking for a fresh start. The role will involve a range of interesting work to include IP transactions, such as licensing, assignments and franchising, providing advice on structuring IP ownership, collaboration agreements and JVs, IP audits and supporting other teams within the firm on their projects. You will also enjoy undertaking supervisory and mentoring work within the team, helping to bring on others at a more junior level.
