As Affinity scales, change continues to be part of our DNA – we like to think that's all part of the fun though. We’ve provided a breakdown of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role sits at the intersection of GTM Enablement, Content Strategy, Product Experience, Learning and User Voice and will be primarily focused on: Strategic Leadership

Leading a team of talented, passionate professionals who put our users at the forefront of all they do, ensuring their experience with Affinity is unparalleled and unrivalled. Developing lifecycle and growth strategies that ensure our users become super-users who then go on to become advocates, experts and educators. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that engage and enable our users, using data-driven approaches to refine content, product learning and community strategies. Serve as the primary liaison between our user and internal stakeholders, advocating for user needs and priorities. Community Strategy

Collaborate with the Community Relations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to enhance user satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Oversee community management initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and supportive community ecosystem. User Voice Strategy

Empower your team to collect and analyse user feedback, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for product education and product experience content. Setting strategic milestones to ensure our users are given the very best help and support they need across all channels. Product Education & Experience Strategy

Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality documentation and educational materials to empower users to become experts, providing peer-to-peer support across our owned community platforms and other community led platforms.
