We are seeking a commercial leader with significant higher education experience to spearhead the global expansion of the product. You'll step into a pivotal role at a critical juncture — where product-market fit has been achieved, and scaling is in full swing. Our product boasts an 18-month head start over potential competitors, backed by substantial investment for continuous enhancement. This role provides significant autonomy in a flat structure that prioritises efficient and intelligent decision-making to build and lead a global go-to-market strategy, as well as hire a sales team from the ground up. Performance Objectives for this role: Develop and Implement Value-Based Revenue Growth Strategies : Devise comprehensive strategies to increase revenue streams from existing customers and acquire new ones. Drive University Acquisition and Retention : Implement initiatives to attract new universities while ensuring high retention rates among existing ones. Establish Sales Processes and Systems : Develop efficient sales processes and utilise the existing CRM to manage sales pipelines effectively. Lead New and Existing University Partnerships Team:

Build and lead a high-performing sales and customer success team, providing coaching, mentoring, and setting clear performance targets. Customer Success Management:

Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure value realisation, customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. International Expansion:

Develop and execute strategies for expanding into new international markets within Higher Education. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to achieve revenue objectives.
