Ideal candidate for the Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant position: 2+ years of prior experience Demonstrated success in agency recruitment Proficiency in business development Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional and self-motivated demeanor, with a collaborative approach Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and under pressure
