We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance to join a thriving SME located in Norwich.
Responsibilities:
Be accountable for maintaining strong financial management and ensuring that operations function smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders and foster professional relationships by delivering comprehensive commercial insights regarding inventory, profitability, margin analysis and more. Serve as a commercial partner to the Managing Director, supporting business strategy, identifying opportunities for process and technological enhancements, and taking leadership on the financial aspects of business decisions. Take lead on various financial projects and supporting the Managing Director with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, KPI’s, and cashflow. Requirements:
Proficiency in analysing P&L statements and company accounts, having a strong grasp of the factors influencing profitability and cost management. Expertise in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, coordinating with other leaders to prioritise expenses. Proven examples of implementing new systems and strategies. ACA or ACCA Qualified.
