Main requirements:
Identifying and acquiring new sites Be a strong negotiator and keen to acquire sites on behalf of the business. Be adept at using Argus and Excel Strong property understanding across the wider sector including planning Be an excellent communicator with good technical and writing skills This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person to gain valuable experience within a highly professional developer.
