Head of Business Systems

£90,000 per annum
Our client is looking to hire a Head of Business Systems to join their already well established organisation, being established for 40 years our client has expanded to a global scale with hundreds of locations.
*This role will require 5 days a week office attendance*
Responsibilities:
* Developing the organisation's IT software & implementation vision, aligned to business goals, focusing on scalability, security and efficiency and translating this into actionable goals.
* Managing the implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organisational IT business management systems.
* Streamlining deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
* Overseeing the development and enhancement of systems integrating new systems with existing systems.
* Providing technical direction and support, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
* Creating written documentation and maintain, this may include systems manuals, licence agreements, and all documentation relating to modifications and upgrades… and more.
Your Experience:
* A seasoned IT Manager/Director
* Experience of delivery software implementations (end-to-end)
* Relevant professional qualifications
* Team management experience
* DevOps
* Project Management (Waterfall & Agile)
* In any of the following solutions would be beneficial
* Sugar CRM
* SIMPRO
* WorkPal
* Fathom
* Xero
* MS SQL
* Dynamics 365 Finance
