Candidates will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to recruit for positions that will strengthen the businesses internal structure.

Compensation: £55,000 - £77,000 (Based on experience)
Candidates will need the ability to develop marketing strategies and oversee marketing operations. The candidates primary duty is to use advertising to boost sales revenues and brand exposure. They are expected to identify market trends and supervise the company’s market research efforts. The ability to also work with other departments, such as product development, to create marketing and customer service strategies that will help the organisation meet customer demands. The CMO will lead the marketing team, execute marketing campaigns and develop initiatives to enhance the efficiency of marketing and advertising plans.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a marketing role Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and digital marketing applications Outstanding interpersonal and leaderships skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies, including product promotion and branding Experience in traditional and digital marketing channels Stay up to date with the latest technology Stay up to date with the latest best practices Understanding market research, competitor research and consumer behaviour The candidate must have a degree (master’s degree, PhD preferred) in a business, marketing or technical field, for example, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable with 5-10 years experience.
