A well-established East Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its office in Hull.
As the successfulCompany & Commercial Solicitor, you will be a registered Solicitor or be CILEX accredited. Experience withinM&A, banking & funding and general corporate work would be preferred.
Your role as Company & Commercial Solicitor will be to join a team that supports clients of all shapes and sizes throughout the UK. It also has an enviable local client base and a very strong client retention ratio. The majority of the team’s new work comes from recommendations, so only those dedicated to outstanding client service should apply.
