QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students Company Information
