We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic junior scientist to join our Target Identification and Validation team. We are discovering and validating novel therapeutic targets for TCR-based immunotherapy drugs (ImmTAC/ImmTAI) across different therapeutic areas.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a passionate and pro-active individual that is keen to learn, innovate, collaborate and contribute to successes of a highly performing Target Validation Team, within one of the leading biotech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse expression of cancer/autoimmune targets on mRNA and protein level • Assess target single cell distribution across various cancer and normal tissues • Assess associations of target expression to key molecular subtypes • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop optimal disease models for ImmTAC testing • Analyse and report experimental results verbally and in writing

Essential skills: qPCR, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In situ hybridization (ISH), cell culture

Desirable skills: Flow cytometry/FACS

Qualifications

• Essential: MSc in Cancer biology/Immunology or equivalent experience within a drug discovery industrial environment About the Company About the Company
