Shirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading construction company, specialising within social housing frameworks. Our client is seeking a Health and Safety Manager with previous experience within construction, ideally within social housing, with knowledge/qualifications within Asbestos Awareness. The Health and Safety Manager will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a Junior Health and Safety Advisor whilst taking a lead role across their portfolio. Due to the nature of this role, it will require onsite attendance 5 days a week, with an option to work out of the office in Coventry once a week.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of RAMS, CPP's and inspections Leading on various projects within the framework, being the subject matter expert for the business Supporting on health and safety strategy and implementation Collaborating with existing SHEQ Managers across the wider group
Qualifications:
A working knowledge of CDM regulations and applications NEBOSH Construction at minimum Proactive and collaborative approach to solutions Experience in accident investigations within a construction environment Full UK Licence Right to Work in the UK
