Senior Associate Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
We are looking for talented, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our firm. Specifically, a Corporate and Commercial solicitor, based in our Bedford office. If you have previous experience working as a solicitor or equivalent and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for! What will your responsibilities be? You will be advising clients on commercial agreements and corporate transactions including: commercial agreements, intellectual property, company law, investments, partnerships and finance. Developing and growing your own client base. Providing high quality, tailored and effective legal services to clients in a timely manner. Proactively managing your client matters effectively and profitably. Collaborating with team members across all areas of the firm. Developing mentoring capabilities by advising less experienced team members. 6+ years PQE or equivalent experience. Successfully advising on a range of corporate matters. Demonstrable knowledge on commercial agreements, data protection and intellectual property. Do you have the following personal skills? Analytical skills and ability to make sound judgement.
