Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer Salary:
£40,000 - £60,000 DOE and qualifications. Location:
Bristol, hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home. Hours:
Full Time. Legal 500 firm. Main Responsibilities
Work with a team of 6 other Fee Earners in Residential property as well as Support staff and trainees. Manage a mixed caseload of Residential Property files including but not limited to Freehold, leasehold, Sales, Purchase, Right to buy, buy to let etc. Assist the wider team and provide advice to junior staff members where appropriate. Experience Required
Qualified Solicitor or licensed Conveyancer in Residential Property. Experience managing a caseload of residential property files. Driven to further progress in your career. Comfortable in a networking environment, able to build strong working relationships. Benefits
