Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role in which the successful candidate will work on a caseload of broad Commercial Litigation matters across various sectors on matters including:
Contract disputes
Shareholder disputes
Sales of goods and supply of services disputes
Partnership Disputes
Injunctions
Insurance claims
Property disputes
Professional negligence claims
IT Contract disputes
Regulatory and Insolvency matters
