Tasks

Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

Prepare and review legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and court pleadings while ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and client requirements.

Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support case strategies and ensure informed decision-making.

Negotiate and mediate disputes between parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while minimizing the need for litigation.

Attend court hearings and proceedings to advocate on behalf of clients, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to judges and other legal professionals.

Requirements

A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Family Law.

Proven experience handling diverse and complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively advocate for clients.

Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality.
