Job Description
Sacco Mann are currently working with a Legal 500 law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded firm that can offer you excellent career prospects. As part of the award-winning Court of Protection team, you will manage a varied caseload of deputyship matters on behalf of clients who have been affected by brain injuries. You will be involved with a variety of work to include property sales, probate administration, investments, care packages and court applications, and you will be supported by a Paralegal. The successful candidate should have strong previous experience of managing a caseload and providing genuine, excellent client care.
