Rquirements: We are looking for someone who possesses a degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification. A business analysis qualification (such as Practitioner level BCS BA or Lean Six Sigma) is desirable. You should have comprehensive experience in a similar role and proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to establish deadlines and prioritize workloads for yourself and others. Occasional travel may be required for the role, so a full valid driving license is essential.
Your responsibilities are: As the Lead Technology Business Analyst, I will provide leadership to the Business Analysis function, promoting active collaboration and communication across teams. I will be responsible for decision-making and ensuring alignment with our Group's strategic objectives. My role will include leading, coaching, and mentoring Business Analyst teams, planning ways of working, and acting as a point of escalation for support delivery. I will oversee the creation of design artifacts and prototypes to ensure solutions meet user needs, working with both internal and external stakeholders to implement effective service and product improvements. Additionally, I will manage the recruitment, performance, training, and development of skilled employees to meet service requirements.
