We’re seeking confident and experienced Sales Executives to join our excellent Home Insurance team! We speak to existing Customers of our Referencing team to help arrange their Home Contents Insurance as the final part of their moving package and we are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering a high level of Customer Service to ensure that our customers are given an excellent experience! Could you be the next person to help drive success in our innovative business? Responsibilities

Organising your Leads to ensure that maximum opportunities are gained to boost your Sales conversion. Contacting warm leads, as well as welcoming occasional inbound calls, selling on the phone to tenants who have a connection to our business. Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR and ICOB regulations. Work in a high performing and process-driven environment. Individual and team success is measured against sales performance targets, customers’ satisfaction ratings and ability to adhere to a regulated process. Qualifications

You are an excellent

communicator , with great spoken and written English. You are super

organised

and ensure your work-day is crammed full of activity. You thrive working

autonomously

but also love helping the

team

to achieve. Resilience and Drive to be the best, keeping yourself and team motivated throughout the day! You understand how important

accuracy

is to increase efficiency, ensure customer satisfaction, and prevent cancellations. You have an easy manner whereby you find it easy to

build rapport

when not face to face. You know how to

talk to anyone , being able to switch your approach to suit your customer. People

trust

you. You are comfortable working on various internal systems and tools. You question and don’t just accept, especially if you can see a way of doing things better, quicker, cheaper – and you are

tenacious

in getting your point across to affect positive change. Targets and money

motivate

you the most! And last but by no means least, you have a

track record

of success in Insurance Sales. About the Team

Full-time, Permanent Salary:

£24,000.00 per year If targets are met there is a monthly performance bonus payable for this role. Expected hours:

40 Hours per week, on a shift pattern resulting in working 1 in every 3 Saturday mornings. Monday to Friday (Plus 1 in every 3 Saturdays)
