Supporting sales, acquisitions, and M&A transactions. Assisting with due diligence and financial data analysis. Preparing valuations using methods like comparable analysis and DCF. Researching potential buyers and acquisition targets. Managing M&A project processes and client presentations. Delivering professional, confidential client services. Support with Business Development. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Have (or be close to having) one of the following qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CFQ, MBA. A keen problem-solver with strong communication skills.
