Role Overview
You will work closely with the Tax Principal, primarily focusing on complex tax advisory services (approximately 75% of the role) with the remaining 25% involving tax compliance. This is a great opportunity to expand your expertise, offering advice across a broad range of taxes and assignments for a varied portfolio of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Review and provide input on corporation tax returns for larger, more complex clients.
Review personal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals or those with intricate tax affairs.
Handle client tax queries on an ad-hoc basis.
Assist with strategic tax planning, including group reconstructions, statutory and non-statutory business clearances.
Provide practical tax solutions for Owner-Managed Businesses.
Skills and Competencies
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with:
ATT, ACCA, or ACA qualification, and either CTA qualified/part-qualified or keen to start CTA qualification.
Proven experience in providing tax advice to SMEs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement.
Good organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work well within a team and manage individual tasks independently.
