EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist

Are you a payroll professional with a strong background in European payroll processing? Join our fast-growing, globally renowned travel company as an EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist! You'll be part of a dynamic team in London, managing payroll functions across Europe, including compensation, tax compliance, and benefits administration for our regional employees.

What You'll Do:

- Accurately calculate and process payroll across European countries, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

- Maintain precise records, manage employee benefits enrolment, and respond to payroll inquiries.

- Stay informed on European payroll legislation changes and collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.

- Contribute to special projects focused on improving payroll efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with specific expertise in European payroll.

- Proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian is preferred

- Must have experience in Spain, Italy and Germany

- Familiarity with payroll software and strong Microsoft Office skills.

- CIPP qualification is a plus.
