The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll work closely with the head of department, handling your own caseload independently. Key responsibilities will include:
Settlement Agreements Employment Tribunal Cases Equality & Discrimination Matters Unfair/Wrongful Dismissals Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy Issues
About You To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a passion for networking and business development. You should live within a 40-minute commute of the Tamworth office and be comfortable handling work for both corporate clients and individuals.
