What will you do?
Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
Advise a broad client base to include local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
Sector focus will include leisure, retail and development
What will you need?
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
To have at least 3 or 4 years PQE+
Commercial property experience
Ideally you should already be operating at associate level within another reputed firm
