Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Air Source Heat Pump products, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and engage potential clients, providing expert advice on Air Source Heat Pump solutions. Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or HVAC sectors. Strong knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and their benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
