Senior Quantity Surveyor (Office based, visiting site) Construction (Build) Competitive Salary up to £80,000 plus Car/Allowance and package Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million and operate within 2 key sectors: Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes being of a new build nature. They have recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late November 2024, and you will report to a Commercial Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Experience of commercially & contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Reside within commutable distance of Reading. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor. What’s on Offer:
