Your new company
This is a 3 month project for an HR Consultant to support a small growing SME 2 or 3 days per week (or full-time). It will be site based in Cambridge.
My client would like you to implement SafeHR (CitrusHR), to shape and implement an appraisal process and review/update their company handbook. There will be a focus on training colleagues on best practice and getting the company 'growth ready'.
You must be able to start this month and have implemented/trained on a similar HRIS. Flexible options are available, but the role will be largely site based.
