required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production. The role is homebased, and they are looking for Out of hours business travel consultant experience with GDS experience to work weekends. Paying up to £40k pro rata, plus benefits.
Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Duties: Working out of hours, answering calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner. Primarily covering the emergency phone but also to act as a Tour Assistant and give admin support to the day teams. Working in a fast-paced environment, with Entertainment and Music clients advantageous. Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the 'day' team. Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel, and all ground products using Galileo. Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Skills Required: Previous Out of hours experience. Knowledgeable on Galileo or another GDS system. Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines. Comfortable working, communicating, and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email. Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promoters/tour managers. Additional Information: Ideally shifts from 8am to 8pm on Saturday OR Sunday, or both. They will even be open to 2 x 6-hour shifts on either day for the right person. Shift patterns vary between 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Paying up to £40,000 pro rata to the hours you work.
